Erica T. Davis

Ms. Davis is admitted to practice before all Courts of the States of Maryland and Virginia and District Court for the District of Maryland. Erica T. Davis works primarily with Foreclosures, Estate Administration and planning and Commercial Litigation Departments.

Receiving dual Bachelor of Art Degrees in Political Science and English from Spelman College in Atlanta, GA, Ms. Davis then attended George Washington University Law School receiving her Juris Doctorate Degree in 2002.

Initially joining the Law Firm in May 2001 as a law Clerk, she became an Associate upon being admitted to the Maryland State Bar. Working in both the Foreclosure Section and the Wills, Estate, Trust and Probate Section her organizational skills and ability to deal with multiple clients/cases concurrently became the hallmark of her professional skill and acumen. With the retirement of one of the founders of the Firm, she took on full responsibility for Wills, Estate, Trust and Probate and with consummate legal skills and management ability, Ms. Davis has provided her clients personably, effective and efficient legal assistance. She continues to work in Foreclosure and Commercial litigation

An active member of her faith community, she has served as an officer in her church in multiple ministries. Erica participates in multiple outreach activities to assist those in need in suburban Maryland and the District of Columbia. Expanding her basis for professional development and at the same time helping others, Ms. Davis is affiliated with the Washington Bar Association, Montgomery County Bar Association, Anne Arundel County Bar Association Woman’s Bar Association, J. Franklyn Bourne Bar Association, and the National Bar Association.

Ms. Davis is admitted to practice before state courts of Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia, United States District Court for the District of Maryland, United States District Court for the District of Columbia, and United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit Court.
