In 2016, Mr. Foley became an Associate at the firm in its civil litigation practice, being particularly involved in workers’ compensation and employment law cases.
Mr. Foley is a graduate of the George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C., graduating with honors in 2016. Mr. Foley was a recipient of the American Bar Association & Bureau of National Affairs Award for excellence in the study of labor and employment law. Mr. Foley was also a member of GW Law’s Labor and Employment Law Society. Mr. Foley did his undergraduate study at Florida International University in Miami, Florida. While there, Mr. Foley was a member of the National Collegiate Honor Society and an associate justice for the student government association.
Mr. Foley first joined the firm in 2013 when he was hired as a law clerk while attending law school at GW Law. In this position, Mr. Foley assisted in drafting over a dozen successful appellate briefs.
Mr. Foley is an avid hockey player and plays golf in his free time.
